The company
Since 1959, FABERO is a washer manufacturer, dealing with both normal pieces and special pieces, on specific customer requests.
The manufacturing is done by trained staff, who follow all the phases, from the engineering and manufacturing of the mould to the stamping, polishing and packing of the product.
Moulds are internally made by means of advanced and reliable machines, which enable us to reach high levels of precision. For the stamping, last-generation automatic presses are used, in order to obtain precise finishes minimising waste.
Large warehouses and last-generation packing stations allow great flexibility and the possibility to manage both large and small quantity batches. Upon customer request, for special applications we can provide optical sorting of the products, in order to further decrease the waste percentage.
Company history
FABERO was established on the 9th March 1959 by Mr Severino Solagna and his wife, a dream that came true with an enormous amount of effort. The company deal with the manufacturing of washers and, during the years, have developed and grown more and more.
In 1970, thanks to the results obtained, the headquarters moved from Vercurago (LC) to Palazzago (BG), where larger facilities better suit the company needs. In the following years, the sons Maurizio and Aliano joined the business and started contributing to their development. In 1994 they took the reins of the company, starting modernising technologies, equipment and extending the product range.
A new warehouse in Palazzago (BG) was opened in 2005 and then extended in 2014. Here the goods are stored, packed and shipped with the most modern and reliable systems. Therefore, highly competitive levels in terms of costs, quality and service are reached, in order to fully satisfy our customer needs.
